For Mr. Burde!

LumberJack Chili

Ingrediants:

5 lbs Ground Beef
2 large Onions 1 Pepper Diced
6 stalks Celery Diced
2 Large cans whole tomatoes
1 large can Tomatoe Juice
4 Large cans Kidney Beans
3 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italin Seasoning
2 teaspoons Celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Brown Beef and drain well
Saute onions & Peppers & Celery
Place Everything into a LARGE pot when above steps are completed. Simmer for about 1 hour or longer. The longer you simmer the thicker the chili.
Add Red Hot to taste.
